Aperp Technologies, a leading provider of business integration and ERP customization solutions, partnered with CV Studio to create a tool that bridges the gap between these disparate invoice formats. Our mission is to lower the operational barrier for cross-border invoicing, making compliance straightforward and reducing the need for manual document translation.

What We Do

Invoice Converter serves a dual role: it is both a practical file conversion utility and a technical reference site. We provide clean, format-level translation between structured XML schemas and hybrid PDF formats, mapping key business fields such as tax breakdowns, supplier/buyer identifiers, item details, and payment instructions.

Our platform currently supports:

• UBL 2.1 (Universal Business Language): The international ISO/IEC 19845 standard that forms the basis of Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 and global public procurement transactions.
• FatturaPA: The XML standard mandated by the Italian tax authority (Agenzia delle Entrate) for all transactions routed through the Sistema di Interscambio (SDI).
• Factur-X & ZUGFeRD: Hybrid invoicing standards widely used in France and Germany, combining a standard visual PDF with embedded structured Cross Industry Invoice (CII) XML.
• UN/CEFACT CII (Cross Industry Invoice): The standard syntax representing the second main XML serialization under the European Standard EN 16931.
• SKEF: Structured e-invoice formats designed in alignment with Polish KSeF requirements.
• Human-Readable PDF: Automatic conversion of structured XML data into standard layout PDF invoices for printing, sharing, and manual bookkeeping reviews.
